ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Custom or high-volume orders may require additional time
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

 

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

CARRIER RELIABILITY NOTICE

Once an order has been shipped and is in possession of the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

  • UPS and FedEx Ground are generally the most reliable and fastest options
  • USPS services (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, etc.) may experience delays and are less predictable

By selecting a shipping method at checkout, you acknowledge and accept potential carrier-related delays.

 

APPAREL SHIPPING

  • Apparel orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted
  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days for delivery
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee

Additional Apparel Shipping Details:

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Shipping orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $19.95 standard shipping rate
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

 

RODS & FISHING TACKLE SHIPPING SURCHARGES

Due to size, weight, and carrier restrictions, additional shipping charges may apply to fishing rods and fishing tackle orders shipped outside of the continental United States.

This includes:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. territories (including but not limited to Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

These charges may not be fully reflected at checkout. If additional shipping costs are required:

  • We will contact you prior to shipment
  • You will have the option to approve the additional cost or cancel the order

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • International shipping may be available upon request—please contact us before ordering

 

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You may use this tracking number at any time to monitor your shipment.

 

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.

If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first
  2. Then contact us for assistance if needed

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and item

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

Return & Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

At Whisker Nation™ and PHATKAT Rigs™, we build gear for anglers who demand strength, durability, and performance. Due to the nature of fishing equipment and custom merchandise, certain items are final sale.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, including all final sale items.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • All fishing rigs (PHATKAT Rigs™)
  • Pre-tied and custom rigs
  • Hooks, swivels, floats, beads, rattles
  • Fishing line (braid, monofilament, leaderline)
  • All custom and made-to-order apparel
  • Any opened, used, or modified tackle

 

APPAREL RETURNS

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order apparel, all apparel items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Please ensure correct sizing and selection before completing your purchase.

Exception – Incorrect Item or Size

If we ship the wrong size or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will make it right with a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

 

DEFECT & CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE (TACKLE)

If a product arrives defective or fails due to a manufacturing or craftsmanship issue, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

This does NOT cover:

  • Snags or lost gear
  • Fish-related damage
  • Improper use or modification
  • Normal wear and tear

 

FISHING RODS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • 7-Day Inspection Window for damage/defects
  • 14-Day Return (Unused Only)
  • Must show no signs of use and include original packaging

Refunds exclude shipping costs.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Fishing rigs & terminal tackle
  • Custom apparel and merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or special-order products

 

REFUNDS

  • Issued to original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error

 

ABUSE PROTECTION

We reserve the right to deny any claim involving:

  • Excessive wear or damage
  • Missing components
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

Warranty & Guarantee Policy

OVERVIEW

Whisker Nation™ and PHATKAT Rigs™ stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our products. This policy outlines warranty coverage and limitations.

PHATKAT RIGS™ CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE

Our rigs are built to handle extreme fishing conditions.

If a rig fails due to:

  • Crimp failure
  • Component defect
  • Build-related issue

We will provide a replacement at our discretion.

EXCLUSIONS

This guarantee does NOT cover:

  • Snags, break-offs, or lost rigs
  • Damage caused by fish
  • Improper use or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

TERMINAL TACKLE WARRANTY

Terminal tackle items are covered only for defects upon arrival.

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

FISHING ROD WARRANTY

Rods are covered under a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects.

Not covered:

  • High-sticking or misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear

All claims are subject to inspection.

CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty claim:

We may request return of the item for inspection.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:                 

  • Loss of equipment
  • Loss of fish or opportunity
