- Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days for delivery
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee

- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Shipping orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $19.95 standard shipping rate
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
CARRIER RELIABILITY NOTICE
Once an order has been shipped and is in possession of the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
- UPS and FedEx Ground are generally the most reliable and fastest options
- USPS services (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, etc.) may experience delays and are less predictable

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You may use this tracking number at any time to monitor your shipment.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.
If you experience an issue:
- Contact the shipping carrier first
- Then contact us for assistance if needed
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the package and item
We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if applicable.

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order apparel, all apparel items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Please ensure correct sizing and selection before completing your purchase.
